  1. Wither: to become weaker or smaller and then disappear.
    Whither: to what place, to what situation, position, degree, or end.

    Amongst cartoonists, it is well known that we need editors. Plus we thrive on ambiguity, homonyms and puns.

    So “Whither” is more correct, if the message is that 100 Stanley be moved, and to where, while “Wither” is more correct if the problem is going away.
